DISPLAY, a project space for contemporary art, is set in the ground floor of a Gründerzeit house in Berlin-Schöneberg, founded by Marie DuPasquier in 2016. The point of departure was given by the premises themself. A big display case connects the inside with the outside and is evoking questions about limits and boundaries of the visible and invisible, profane and untouchable. The exhibition space behind can therefore be understood as extension of the display and is ever since in use for experimental artistic and curatorial practices.

The conversion included painting works and the removal of wall papers, new floor covering (oiled cementitious plaster), lighting installation with three fluorescent tubes T8 in the middle of the exhibition room.
